Leasehold management pack

A set of information from the freeholder or managing agent about a leasehold property — service charges, ground rent, planned works and building insurance — needed for a leasehold sale.

Also known as: management pack · LPE1

Buyers' solicitors will not normally let their client exchange without it. The pack is ordered by the seller, often costs a few hundred pounds, and can take weeks to arrive, so order it as soon as the property is listed.
