TA10 fittings and contents form

The Law Society form on which a seller lists, room by room, which fixtures, fittings and contents are included in the sale, excluded, or for sale separately.

Also known as: TA10 · fittings and contents form

The TA10 becomes part of the contract, so it settles arguments about curtain poles, light fittings, white goods and garden sheds before they start. Complete it carefully and update your conveyancer if anything changes before exchange.

If an item is listed as included, it must be left in the property on completion day.
